Each particle is a sub-agent. Color marks the lane. Density tracks population. Velocity tracks throughput. There is no chart underneath; the visualization is the interface.
The flock thinks together. It also thinks alone, when you ask it to. Watch the swarm settle when the architect is idle. Watch it stream when work begins.
Murmuration borrows the digital audio workstation: one lane per model class. Architect, Builder, Critic, Research, Edge, Local. Mute a lane. Solo it. Watch a routing decision propagate as particles flow through the active channel.
The DAW dialect, applied to thought.
The Murmurator is the persistent identity. It distributes work across the lanes in one of five orchestration modes. Each is a routing strategy, not a personality.
Each agent's thoughts surface on the field as kinetic letters that dance, breathe their kerning, and dissolve when the thought completes. The structured JSON lives in the drawer for inspection. The narrative lives on the field for presence.
Pattern fusion of the dancing-letter pattern from travisbreaks v1 and the kerning-breath envelope from travismakes.love. Each letter has its own clock. The line as a whole pulses without ever being uniform.
cmd + / hides the field. Hides the chrome. Leaves only the lane stack and plain monospace. For when the flock gets in the way of the work.
The system has its own quiet. Toggle it from the top bar (cmd+/ in the orchestrator, cmd+/ here too).
